Customers have the ability to easily submit requests for services online. Accepted requests are converted into work orders notifying requestors of the progress until completion.
Work orders are scheduled and allocated to repair centers and technicians, monitoring progress, costs, tracking safety and risk issues, controlling and prioritizing work order workflow, automatically creating work orders based on failure analysis. Work orders can be charged and tracked by account with costs being rolled up by division, region, district, facility, building, floor, area or department. Multiple tasks, checklists, tools and parts can be allocated to a work order selected from related lookup tables. The system automatically checks equipment warranties and service contracts.
